We offer mental health support groups each month (see About page for location):
[NEW] 1st Thursdays, 6:00 to 7:30pm | open to peers ("mental health consumers") personally experiencing challenges to their mental health and seeking support along their path to recovery. (see NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group for more information)
3rd Thursdays, 7pm to 8:30pm [Starting in November, NEW TIME, 6:00 to 7:30pm] | open to anyone directly or indirectly affected by a mental health condition, including family members and friends.  Following a half hour speaker presentation, we break the attendees into two groups to provide more targeted support: those seeking support as a mental health consumer (“peer”), and family members who are experiencing the challenge of supporting a loved one with a mental illness.
