We offer mental health support groups each month (see About page for location):
– 1st Thursday, 5:30 to 7pm [CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE] open to peers ("mental health consumers") personally experiencing challenges to their mental wellbeing and seeking support along their path to recovery. (see NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group for more information)
– We are working to resume offering an additional monthly Peer Recovery Support Group in the Fall. If you are a peer who would attend the support group, please indicate what time(s) of the week you would most likely be available using the one question poll at https://linkto.run/p/E52NQ9M4
– 3rd Thursday, 7pm to 8:30pm open to anyone directly or indirectly affected by mental illness, including family members and friends. Following a half hour speaker presentation, we break the attendees into two groups to provide more targeted support: those seeking support as a mental health consumer, and family members who are experiencing the challenge of supporting a loved one with a mental illness.
